Call for Proposals
Proposals are invited from all members and associates of the Planetary Collegium in the form of papers, panels, performances, installations, online projects, and other innovative forms of practice in a broad range of fields that include but are not limited to art, architecture, design, music, literature, dance, performance, and other forms of time-based, locative, interactive, non-linear media. At root there will be some order of relationship with science and technology, and/or with consciousness research within or beyond Western orthodoxies. Work that addresses issues of community, ecology, or ethnography and education at both local and global levels is also welcomed. This will be where theory and practice meet in open-ended, transdisciplinary forms of research and creativity.
Eligibility: All PhD graduates, doctoral candidates, artists and researchers, past and present supervisors and advisors, honorary members, advanced research associates, artists in residence (including "UNESCO-Aschberg laureates"), of the Planetary Collegium, including the former CAiiA-STAR, the CAiiA-Hub, Z-Node, M-Node and P-Node, as well as members of Editorial advisory Board of "Technoetic Arts" journal. We welcome also proposals which could involve collaboration with doctoral candidates and artist researchers affiliated to arts institutions associated with our Canadian hosts.
